Return Policy: When you buy Lanowool breastfeeding pads or other baby products from our webshop, you have 14 days return days from the day you received your order. Packaging must NOT be broken. If you make use of our return policy, you need to pay for the return postage. Lanowool does not accept returned products paid for in Lanowool name and title. Complaint Policy According to Danish Purchasing Law there is 24 months on all products. This implies that you can complain about factory defaults that have occurred 24 months after your purchase. The assumption is however, that the defaults have not occurred due to wrongly use of the product. Any product complaint should happen immediately after you have discovered the defaults. Freight costs will be covered in full if the complaint is considered to be valid.
